Poly tarps secured with 2x4 battens and cap nails over all exposed areas. Active leak points sealed with roofing sealant. Loose or hanging shingles, flashing, and debris removed to prevent further damage in the next rain.
Damage Assessment
Full inspection of the damage zone and surrounding area. Storm damage often extends beyond the obvious — we check for loosened flashing, cracked shingles, and compromised sealant that may not be visible but will fail in the next storm.
Permanent Repair Scheduled
